Durga Prasad Tamirisa. A peculiar techie chap among Tamirisa’s, who goes crazy off music all the time. Don’t ask me what type of music i like?. Because, i have an idea to write a new page about my taste in music. Just wait for that page to come in.
Profession:
Acquired my B.Tech degree with distinction from Achara Nagarjuna University. Being a 79th ranker in GATE, i got a chance to get in any of it IIT’s. But didn’t go to them due an inbound personal aspiration of going towards management. Right now, i am working as a developer in Peoplesoft and J2EE for TCS from last 2 years.
My Passions:
My passions include studying the mentalities of different people around me. My greatest passion is to learn how to manage people. This includes understanding, behaving, sharing thoughts, spending time with them personally and professionally. Apart of all these, my all time passion is learning stuff. May that be from profession, may that be from web, or may that be from some other person…….. (list goes on…). I hate to work on something in which i don’t learn anything.
My Family:
Mine is a typical orthodox brahmin telugu family. My father is an auyurvedic doctor by profession and a vedic professor by current occupation. My mother is an expert cook and I think no other professional Chuff’s can cook like her. And she has got lots of expertise in embroidery and other house hold stuff. My sister, an awesome singer has done her degree in Vocal music. . . . . . . . . . .
Ohhh forgot to say about my raakshasi …My small sister Rama.
My Friends:
This is one column where everybody have a lot to write. But in my case, as i was much reserved by nature, i don’t have a big circle of friends. But, there are two persons in my life that are really worth mentioning here. They are none other than Simson Thomas (simmy) and Karthick Gupta (Katrik) my closest friends.
God proved again that he is crazy in creating the relations between people. I never expected that i will build a very strong relation with the people who are totally different from me.
We think different. We like different things. Our tastes are different. Casts are different. Characters are different. Habits are different. Attitudes are different.
But ………. We ARE ALWAYS ONE …. whatever happens. I should thank the almighty for giving me these sweet creatures as friends.
“Yeh dosti hum nahi chodengeeeeeeee….”. (In the name of our friendship)
Table Tennis:
Table tennis plays a very important role in my life, coz i can count the days that i didnt play TT right from my B.Tech. I will simply go crazy about it. My first step in it is in the first year of my B.Tech. That one step added a new hobby in my list.
Other sport’s:
I have got a great interest in playing basket ball and tennis. I used to play basketball during my college days, but didn’t get a chance to play it in my professional life. I got few companions to play shuttle these days.
Taste of India:
Apart of all these interests i had some of the talents in Indian arts. I do protraits of people with a pencil. I am a violinist and also have learned carnatic classical music for around three years. One the other side in my bachelor life i have become the head chuff of my room. I can cook almost all south Indian varieties and also some of the north indian’s varieties like Daal Makhani, Paneer Butter masala and Palak Paneer.
